How do I get to 10k, 50k, 100k +!?
Our answer… patiently. As we wish there was a big red follower button, the truth is that it takes a plan, time, and focus. Here are some tactics we have found that we’ve seen boost followers daily.
- Following: Check out this following strategy chart that will guide you through your process.
- Unfollowing: of course, with the follower count high, you should take note of your following numbers as they should never be higher than Followed. If you follow in the morning of day one and two, you should unfollow accounts you haven’t noticed activity on day three. Having a healthy following number allows people to gain trust in your account while having too many can raise some red flags.
- Engaging: Are you engaging in your feed on days one and two? This could grab the attention of some of those accounts who didn’t want to quite commit when you first followed them.
Note: “While Instagram doesn’t publish a limit to the number of people you can follow in a day, many users have reported experiencing one. You might not know you’ve reached the limit until you can’t follow any more people. … Instagram does publish one limit — that you can follow a maximum of 7,500 accounts” – SmallBusiness.Chron.Com. We advise smaller accounts to limit themselves to following/unfollowing 20-60 accounts per hour to avoid being flagged
