It goes without saying that you want to ensure your clients are well informed about the promotion. However, sometimes a post or email can get lost in the shuffle. Be sure to post on ALL of your social media pages . multiple times in a variety of formats – feed posts, stories, reels or videos and send out at least three emails. Use the following schedule as a guide for when to post & send emails to your clients:

-Friday 11.12 before it starts

-Wednesday 11.17 during it, on Botox Day

-Friday 11.19  just before it ends

It’s the perfect time to inspire your clients or followers who have never tried Botox! Encourage them to take advantage of the promotion and book their first treatment! Highlight the areas that can be treated with Botox, and try capitalizing on trends to inspire them to book:

INITIATE:

Use this opportunity and take the initiative to help patients book their follow-up appointments. Send the following prompt to your client via their preferred method of communication – text, email, or direct message: 

“Hi [name of client], I hope you’re doing well! Access reports from patients who may be ready for Botox by exporting a custom list from your Allergan reps/ Alle reporting! You can access your portal by going to: https://provider.alle.com – Insights – BOTOX® Cosmetic/JUVÉDERM® Last Transaction – change the date to 3 months ago – export CSV. Here, you can see all of your patients who have not had Botox in the last 3-months, and you’re able to target them directly while offering them a deal during Botox week! Add them into a custom email campaign, and target them directly.
